Bad radiators

Hi can you please help, I have 6 radiators in my house 3 of them heat up ok, the one in the sitting room, main bedroom and second bedroom, But the one at the bottom of the stairs only gets luke warm and the kitchen and bathroom are cold.
I have just replaced my boiler which is a medium indirect cylinder 114ltr, the above problem existed prior to the new boiler being installed, but I thought it would solve the problem as the old boiler was really goosed.

was your system power flushed prior to installation of your new boiler?

Sounds like one of two things:
air in the system or
Sludge in the system.
The first problem is the better of the two. As Chris says, was the system powerflushed when the new boiler was installed? If not then you may have a sludge problem.

No I didnot power flush the system, I did however bleed the radiators and I have running water coming out of all of them inc the the radiators that are cold.
Is it possible to power flush after replacing the boiler, if so what dose it entail,

you can powerflush after fitting the boiler, though you will need an engineer to do it. expect to pay £500 or more for this.
should really have been done when new boiler fitted - many manufacturers insist on it. if not carried out it may well invalidate your boiler's warranty.
it does sound like sludge if all air has been purged. a flush is the solution.
one other simple thing - check that the flow valves on the radiators are open, or turned up high enough if TRVs. eliminate the obvious.

close off all the rads that are working and see if that gets the others to work. It could be a balancing problem.
