This may be a stupid question but I admit I`m useless. I have just moved into a new house and the boiler is leaking from the condensate siphon trap is that something I can deal with Eg Washer or is that something I should call the Plumbers out for. It started to leak just as my built in dishwasher gets stuck on the rinse programme could they be connected. Any help would be appreciated.

How close is the boiler to the dishwasher? Water from the dishwasher could quite easily be backing up to the boiler if it's close. If that's the case, get a CORGI fitter in as it may have damaged the boiler. If the boiler isn't close to the dishwasher, then the chances are it's a fairly simple washer job. What boiler is it?

Thanks Paul.
Boiler sits above the dishwasher. After your advice didn`t feel so silly and called in the on site plummers as this is completely new build with intregrated units. They still haven`t arrived yet! hopefully their delay will not cause further damage.
