Problem with Potterton Netaheat Boiler

Can anyone give me advice on my boiler - the light ignites when i use hot water, however when it comes to my radiators the light does not ignite and my radiators remain cold. any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,
I know this is probably a daft suggestion but is the room stat turned down too low?
It could also be a temperature sensor that is faulty in the boiler.
If it not the room stat then I would recommend a corgi registered fitter having a look at the boiler.
