Hi

We have a Triton Jade electric shower connected to the mains and since this morning when the shower is switched off the water doesn't stop flowing...although it doesn't heat the water if it is not switched on.

I'm guessing a valve has stuck, can anyone help?

thanks for responding, I have had a look through the projects documents but couldn't find anything. Its possible I wasn't using the right search words.

It looks like we'll probably have to call out the engineer this time, but I have seen a few helpful posts about some of my other projects so I'll be back :)
