overflow of overhead water tank

my small water tank is constantly dripping though i have changed the vavles twice . more over there is an over flow ouy=tside of the building near the roof . please help

When you say small water tank do you mean the f and e tank? The smaller of the two in the roof?? And is the water coming out of the overflow pipe outside?

yes, its the smaller tank in the roof

Hi
Have you checked it is not just something simple like bending the float arm down just a touch to lower the water level? Just wondered.

I would suggest the above too, the valve might just need adjusting - hence letting the water level get as high as the overflow.

if not the above, anther possibility os the system is pumping over.... does this happen only when the heating is on?

You need to get up there and see where this extra water is coming from.... more info needed.
