Can't stand the pressure

Hi, I have 2 bathrooms on the same, upstairs level. Hot and cold water pressure in first bathroom is good. However, in second bathroom, an ensuite, the pressure of both hot and cold is very low affecting the shower, the basin taps and the toilet cistern. I have traced the pipework as far as I can without removing carpets etc and the pipework at the tank end branches off to the two bathrooms normally, same dia pies etc. All valves at this end are almost fully open. No odd valves at the other end.
Seems weird that both h & C are both low at one end of the house only. Can anyone suggest anything? I did think perhaps the pipes were blocked but they dont look too bad and that would be strange anyway - to just affect one end of the house...

Hi,

Are you sure the problem taps aren't high pressure ones.
I would temp. swap one out for a low pressure tap & check.

Well I don't know about high/low pressure taps. However the problem is also occuring on the shower and the toilet cistern - all suffering from low pressure.
