Leaking central heating pipe

Hi all
I wonder if anyone could advise the best course of action to hopefully el;iminate the need for new pipework throughout.
Whilst painting yesterday I found one of my central heating pipes at a join in the toilet has been leaking water, albeit very minorly. The pipe was wet to the touch but no evidence of drip. Problem is it is on a join behind the toilet where access is difficult.
Coudl anyone recommend a solution that maybe does not involve ripping the old pipe out as I am clueless about whether it can be repaired or not!
Any advice gratefully received!
Thanks!!
