PRESSURISING MY BAXI COMBI 30 HE

Please can someone advise me how to pressure up my Baxi Combi 30 HE boiler ive got the flexi pipe and ive tried to pressure it nup buy fitting the pipe to the heating return valve and the other end to the cold water inlet but as soon as ive relesed the flexi-pipe my pressure drops again and now my hot water wont work hellllllllp lol
