Had a new heating system fitted about 2 months ago now I'm trying to remove a radiator but not as simple a before. Turned both valves off but water is still coming out, not sure if I have to turn some valves off on the boiler.

On the boiler I have got the loop for which you can top up pressure then there are two more valves with a blue colour handle on them.

If it's a TRV you're trying to turn off, then you need the cap which was supplied with the valve.

If it's a normal lockshield and wheelhead valve - they should turn off as normal.

"Turned both valves off but water is still coming out,"

Assuming its a TRV thats the problem even with head removed and the "decorators cap" fitted it will still let by. Thats because you have a pressurised system. You'll need to take the pressure off either at a rad or via your drain c o c k.
