OUTSIDE TAP

I live in a flat with people below me and no one above me. Is it still possible to fit an outside tap? I'd be grateful for some help. Thank you![/b]

It is but it means quite abit external pipework, may not look neat and will have to be insulated.
Are you and the neighbour below on a water meter ? if not and you's are on speaking terms could you install one tap between you's (from their flat).

Just a couple of points I would add, if you fix a pipe from your flat, then you are fixing a pipe to someone else's wall. There may be restrictions with regard to this. On another point, if the tap is to be fitted in a communal area, give consideration to protecting the tap as these often become a target for theft or vandalism let alone use by any Tom Dick or Harry.
