Conceal pipes

Hi there! This is my first ever post on here. I'm looking to get some central heating installed but I live in a flat (I do own it) and am on the 1st floor with solid concrete floors. Have had 2 guys round to give quotes and the first one said that I would be able to conceal the pipes behind skirting board as its not possible to chase it into the walls neither. Any ideas where I may be able to find this skirting board that has a large enough void to accomodate the pipework? Have been told it will be 2 pipes @22mm each.

Thanks,

Dave

timbers are fixed to the wall at the height where the top of the skirting will go Dave, the pipes are fitted to the wall under this timber then normal skirting is fitted to this timber. The skirting is then obviously the thickness of that timber (usually 50mm because of pipe clips) away from the wall and the top oif the timber is decorated to match the skirting.
