Mains Shower

Hot Water is dripping constantly from my mains shower. Is this just a washer problem?
What do you mean by mains shower ?
Where is it leaking from ?
If it's a shower where both hot and cold are at mains pressure - then yes more than likely just a washer.
If it's an electric shower fed off the mains, sometimes the safety valve can pass. (normally discharges from behind or near the water outlet.
