Fitting central heating to tanked basement

Hello

I will be having my small basement tanked and will need to have a radiator (central heating) fitted. The pipes are already there (now capped off) as there was a radiator fitted to the previous dry lining.

I now want the radiator on the opposite (external) wall but don't know what to do about the pipes and brackets so as not to compromise the effectiveness of the tanking.

Any thoughts / advice much appreciated.

Without a diagram it's fairly impossible to offer advice.

All I can say is that you can buy freestanding radiators, so you do not have to hang the radiator on the wall. As for pipework leaving it where it is now is probably the best option, as if you want to move it you will have to clip/support the pipework.
