Does anyone know and also be willing to advise me if stainless steel drench shower heads are all stainless?

I`m looking for a all metal shower head in place of the rub clean thingy now fitted. Single spray is just fine.

Not sure what you mean by "stainless". Do you mean stain less as in keeping clean or stainless as in stainless steel?

As far as I know all fixed metal shower heads are in fact chrome plated copper and if you are looking for one that doesn't need cleaning, I am not sure one exists.
