Closed coupled toilet and cistern problems

by funny » Wed May 30, 2007 10:16 pm

I have a closed coupled toilet, but have problems in its installation. The cistern part does not fit flush with the toilet and leaves a 4cm gap at the top from the wall regardless of what we do...any ideas?

Hi
This may sound a silly answer , but have u tightened the wing nuts up .
2. The cistern must sit at 90 degree's to the pan ,you could look for distortions on the pan /cistern to
If your still having problems check with the supplier
