I have an outside tap for the garden hose but when I turn it on water seems to come back out of the connection. When the water is not turned onto the tap there is no leak so I imagine the washer on the tap is OK.

hi alanpease turn the tap off via the isolating valve undo the connection and add sum ptfe tape that will solve your problem bazza

when I turn on my tap with my hose water leaks from the handle and the connection from the tap to the hose. Right when I turn off the water it bursts out from the connection. Should I replace the tap or just put some tap on the threads?
