redwing dual electric heating/water system

[b] :( I have a redwing dual electric heating system. My bill is working out at about 10.00 perday!!!!!
It appears that even when water is on a time switch to utalise the cheap rate electricity it is still heating up alll the time - is there another switch i have missed to stop this happening???[/b]
