Hey to you all!

My problem is that when I turn on my hot water tap a loud wailing moaning noise starts and continues until I have turned the tap fully on.

Is this just a tap washer that needs replacing?

Any advice appreciated!

You will probably have to fit a new tap, replacing the jumper will not remedy loose components in the tap.
