I am fitting a new wall mounted bath mixer tap which was advertised as low and high pressure.
The system is low pressure but with a good flow, the new unit has restricted this flow to both hot and cold.
Can the tap be adjusted in any way.
Can I fit a shower pump to increase the pressure/flow.
Any other sugestions.

Buy and fit another tap which is low pressure.

I'm not sure but I believe that some fixtures that are suitable for both high and low pressure systems have restrictors in them to cater for high pressure use. It may be that your mixer tap has these which, if removed, might eliminate your problem.
