Leaking Pipe and Leaking Shower

Hi

A wall mounted shower above a bath is leaking into the room below. Water appears to be coming from the pipe from the loft which leads to the shower. Could this be an overflow problem? Shower or tiles or combination. Can anybody help please?

more than likeley feed to shower from tak above in loft
