removing a close coupled toilet should be easy enough as long as it hasn't been siliconed or had floor tiles cut round the pan.
Normally 2 screws just under the cistern lid holding it to the wall, and 2 screws in the pan holding it to the floor, 1 15mm water connection easy enough to take off, then it will just pull out of the toilet pan connector. When replacing may need some marley grease or lubricant for putting the toilet waste back.
Keep the cistern level with the pan, try not to twist or lift by the cistern as the seal is normally only a foam o ring and the slightest movement will cause it to leak, have you tried drain rods from soil vent ?
