Fitted built in Toilet with my new bathroom furniture suite and allthogh it works well I would like the flush to be more forcefull. The cystern I have is wall mounted under the bathroom furnitue work surface and behing the cupboards with a Pipe connection to the toilet bowl. Have I got a duff cystern or is this common with this type of cystern.
My other two toilets have close coupled cystern and have great flushes.
Any suggestions?

You are not the first to discover concealed cisterns do not flush as well as traditional toilets.

It is worth mentioning that inserting the "L" pipe too far up into the cistern or too far into the back of the pan can result in a reduced flush rate.

These type of cisterns should flush sufficiently to remove the contents of a pan so if you are experiencing problems it could be to do with the pan connector being the wrong type or the wrong height.
