bathroom sink drainage

Hi all

We have installed a style of bathroom sink that does not have an overflow. I have a push button chrome plug installed but soon realised that the water hardly flows down into the drain pipe since there is no air flowing through an overflow hole, hence there is a vaccum. The water in the sink takes forever to drain. Are there any bottle, p, s traps with a built in air input to overcome this problem?

Thanks in anticipation

http://www.awin1.com/awclick.php?mid=12 ... -Trap-32mm

"P" traps are also available in an antivac style.

I am sceptical it will solve your problem though, but I would welcome being wrong.
