Underfloor heating project

Hi all,
I'm trying to install Underfloor heating in my new conservatory using speedfit pipe. All the pipes (15mm) are laid in heat spreaders now and I just need to install the pump.

Can I buy the pump parts seperately and save myself a packet as I'm on a tight budget. If I can buy them seperately then which parts do I need to get?

The cheapest I have seen a ready made unit is around £400. Its got to be cheaper than that.

Any help welcome, Thank you.

If connected to existing central heating, does it need a second pump ?

What size boiler ? how many radiators and how much pipe/underfloor.

You could fit a stat and two port valve to the underfloor heating, so you can control usage.

The only down-side to this, is when the 2 port valve closes there'll be no circulation. Have you laid pipes for the underfloor heating in it's own continuous loop ?

Grunfos make circulating pumps for about £60 or less.
Put up Grunfos on the net and see whats there.
Look at Screwfix.
All you need is a pump and simple radiator thermostat.
Keep in mind that a thin concrete slab may crack or curl up if it gets too hot, reinforced concrete is best.
