water running hot then cold ,hot etc

Hi would appreciate any advice please.
Have a HeatLine C28 combi boiler fitted about 18 months ago after a few initial problems (for which I received advice from this site) everything has been working ok.
The problem I have now is that when running a bath the water will be hot for a while then will go luke warm then back to hot etc etc ,we have one of those corner 2 person jacuzzi baths which obviously needs a fair bit of water to fill ,the wtaer seems to be running more luke warm than hot and we cant get a satifactory temperature as we both like our baths really hot,very frustrating!
