hot water temp not consistent

Please guys would appreciate some advice .
I have a Heatline c28 condensing combi boiler which was fitted around 18 months ago.
When I try to run the bath the hot water temperature fluctuates between very hot and mildly tepid ,resulting in the filled bath being not very hot at all.I have noticed the same with the other taps in the house but not so much of a problem because they are not open for any amount of time really .
Any ideas,would be most grateful,thanks.
