Tricky to get at pipe joint leak

Been away, and had boiler problem - thought drained system, but not properly.

Sorted boiler, heating in to most rads, but no water getting to bathroom, so put fan heaters in loft and in bathroom.

Fortunately I was in bathroom, when heard big glugging noise, but couldn't see where it was coming from/ going to. Turned out to be behind the corner bath which is tiled in. There is an eaves loft that you can get behind part of bath, but pipe joint looks tricky to get to.

? are plumbers used to trying to get into tricky/small spaces, or should I save myself the hassle and cut the bath out myself before plumber turns up so that he can work more easily?
