Hi Folks

I need to add corrosion inhibitor to my pressured central heating system as otherwise I may have to er..hmmm, replace another heat exchanger in the boiler ahem!!

I guess 3 years ago when we had the whole system installed I figured I could get away with it...ouch £300 later!

So - given there's no header tank in this sucker, how the hell do I get the inhibitor in the system please?

Also how much do I use and which (make/manufacturer) is the best?

Cheers

Letsrock,
Product and instructions are here:
Google "fernox.com/files/Fernox/Content/PDF/English/F1%20SC%20Protector%20290ml.pdf"
In short you close the valves at both ends of a radiator, drain down some of the water in the radiator and inject the fernox through the bleed screw.
