Hi there,
Is moving a radiator a big job? I would just like to move it a few feet further down the wall. How long would this take a plumber to do and at a rough guess how much would it be?
thanks
Jo

A plumber would charge you a min call out fee of 50£ and then the cost of labour, possible another 40£.
This is a very easy job if you know what you are doing. It is a case of isolating your heating supply or if this isnt possibly draining down your system and extending the p/w to your new location. Once this is done, you will need re-fil your system and balance the new radiator.

How did it go? I want to move a radiator from one side of the room to be under the window. Means feeding new 10mm pipes under the floorboards.
Sounds easy and i'd rather not pay £100+ for a plumber.
