Cold Water Pressure Dropped with Mega Flow System

We moved to this house 2 years ago and had a mega flow system fitted. The cold and hot water pressure
coming from from every outlet was good to start off with, however we have noticed a slight drip from the tundish on the mega flow. In addition the cold water pressure in the 2nd or 3rd tap drops significantly if the 1st tap is turned on. We don't understand why this happens as the cold water supply is meant to be at mains pressure at every outlet.
