Hi,
I am concerned about a noise I hear in my house after the heating has been on.
It sounds like a clap of thunder and the whole house shakes.
Should I be really concerned?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi
Yes, you should be concerned, but you haven't provided any information on your system.
A noise of the sort you describe cannot be ignored, and there could be a safety issue here.
So please do not switch on again until the problem can be sorted.

Hi All,
Got the boiler serviced by engineer.
Found out that the baffleshad burnt away due to too high a heat setting when the boiler was installed.
I had it checked and serviced before but obviously it was not done properly.
Got new baffles and installed them myself and problem solved.
