Mixer Mono Tap - Pouring Water Out After Washing Machine on Full Spin

Hello, thanks in advance for any help
When my washing machine was on full spin earlier, my mixer tap on the sink next to it started dripping. Now it's gushing - about 1/10th of it's full on pressure, when it's turned right off. I don't know whether it would be just worth getting a new tap as it's a pretty cheap one, about 5 years old - I don't know the make. Could someone tell me what I can do to check if it's repairable - would a washer get moved if it was shaking violently due to a washing machine? Is it easy to fix? How do I even get into it? I've attached a picture and would appreciate any help, thanks
