Hi does anyone know if there's a product that combines up to four waste pipes (washing machine dishwasher etc) into a single pipe?

I have four pipes at ground level going to one drain hopper which makes it look unsightly.

Although you could join these up, it would cause a problem with one waste siphoning out the traps on the other three. If the reason is only appearance, leave them alone,
