Modern Toilet Won't Stop Filling up and Overflowing

Help. It takes ages after flushing for my toilet to stop flushing. Any ideas on how to prevent it overflowing for minutes. It has a flag pole one side flush mechanism in middle and black water filler on the right
As you can tell im no plumber
