Non Ikea Waste Trap and Waste System to fit Ikea Kitchen Sink

We have a ceramic ikea sink with associated ikea plumbing. The waste pipe from the sink was installed in a u shape so the water does not flow in a positive direction and waste sits in the pipe. Do you know if there is a non ikea trap and waste system that can fit into an ikea sink? I cannot seem to find one? I want to avoid cutting a new lower hole in the exterior wall and would rather replace the a conventional system?
