Hot Water Flow Starvation to Bath after Switching from Indirect to Direct Feed

New Combi-Boiler installed 2 years ago from changing from indirect to 15mm direct feed. If filling bath no hot water available to any other tap. Would installing 22mm feed help or what will improve the situation. Can anyone anyone help please. I am renovating and can get to all pipework.
