Boiler Working Though no hot Water or Central Heating Coming on?

Hi,
I have a FER boiler. It was a while I knew there is air in the pipes, I did a bleeding and that is sorted. However, I still don't have hot water and despite switching the boiler on and off and re-setting, it comes on for a few seconds and switches itself off. Pressure is 1.5. (had dropped after bleeding and I opened the blue tap and it came up to 1.5
There are two stable green lights on the right side.
Could someone advise please what should I do next?
