New Toilet Waste to Existing Stack for new En Suite

Hi. I am installing a brand new en suite and need advice on the 110 waste from toilet to stack. This is being monitored by building control so I need to get it right. The waste will run under the floorboards, between the joists in a straight run with fall to exterior wall were it will join the existing stack.
Do I simply connect a flexi connection from back of toilet to pipe? And need advice on connection to stack as you can see there is an existing 40ml waste opp where new 110ml will join. Do I need any additional fittings? There will be 2 toilets connected to stack but not opp each other. Please see pics of floorboards up where toilet will sit and waste away under floor. Also pics of stack, to the left are the original bathroom fittings . The new 110 plus another 50ml (sink and shower waste combined) will exit roughly where the pipe is to the right of the stack. Thanks to any advice given...
