Garden Tap Repair After Renewing Due to Front Damage to old one

My garden tap was damaged during the frost recently so I bought a new one and some PTFE tape, fitted the tap fine, that is all working fine.
During removal of old or install of new there was slight movement (despite my best effort with grips) which has loosened the mains fixing behind tap and water now leaks out of joint.

I am not so confident to simply attempt to tighten this one and thought I'd seek help as it may need to be replaced or done with proper sealant.

Can anyone look at the attached picture and advise best course of action.

I wouldn't replace the tap fixing. Remove the fitting, apply PTFE tape to the mains tape, and fix the tap connector back on. Should do the job
