Washing Machine Connection Advice After Installing Outside Tap

Sorry for the stupid questions! -
Had an outdoor tap fitted yesterday and noticed a few things after plumber was finished. Now the washer feed valve won't turn all the way round as it hits the screw on fitting. See valve in bottom of left of pic compared to the dishwasher feed at top right of pic. Why has this changed?
Also seems like lots of condensation is forming on pipes now. I think there is a leak on top right right valve but can't be sure because of the condensation.
