Washing Machine Leak When Draining

Hi
Water seems to come out when the washing machine is pumping out water (see photo). We've tried removing and cleaning out the pipework. Could there be a blockage further along, or any idea what could be causing this?
The washing machine came with the flat so I wasn't around when it was installed.
