Connecting to Old Plastic Water Pipe 18/19mm When Moving Stopcock All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

Help please.

I need to move the stop cock in my flat, its 1960's i think possibly 70's. the problem is the pipe is 18-19mm external diameter is this 3/4? I then need to connect to this pipe and add a reducer down to 15mm. Can anyone help?
