Mixer Shower and Worcester-Bosch Combi Boiler Issue with Pressure and Temperature

Hello All,
I have an issue with my mixer valve shower and it’s got progressively worse but nobody is able to give me any idea of a fix for it.
I have a Worcester-Bosch Combi Boiler that feeds my shower that’s over my bath. The boiler is located in the bathroom (in an airing cupboard).
The taps over the bath have great pressure and no issue with hot water. However the shower has an issue with pressure and doesn’t get hot.
I have a Mira Mixer Valve shower, so know this isn’t the issue. I have also taken off and checked the shower head and gauze, all is clear.
When you run the hot tap slightly, with the shower on, the hot water will come through the shower. But if you don’t do this, it will run cold.
Can anyone help at all with any ideas for why this is happening? And what I can try?
