Baxi Duo Tec 33 Boiler Can't run two Showers Simultaneously

Hi,
We moved in to a new build in October 2019. The house has a Baxi Duo Tec 33 installed.
We have a main bathroom (with a bath and shower) and an en-suite (shower). If both showers are on at the same time, then only the main bathroom shower is hot; the en-suite pressure drops significantly and the temperature reduces by - I would say - around 80%.
A quick look online suggests that the boiler should be pretty capable of running two shower concurrently - is there anything we can do to improve matters?
(Upstairs there are 10 radiators, entire ground floor is wet underfloor heating)
Thank you.
