Baxi 105e - DHW Good - Central Heating only fires for 10 seconds

Hello
The boiler is currently set to CH & DHW on the main switch. The DHW works fine when I run taps or the shower, but the CH (when activated via the switch on the clock) only fires for about 10-30 seconds before the flame dies. There are no fault lights on the control panel. When I switch the boiler and off again it doesn't fire at all although it sounds like the fan or pump are still running
I have switched off the boiler overnight and tried resetting it. I have just checked the connections on the pcb - all good except I noticed some electrolyte had escaped from one of the capacitors onto a small section of the board.
Is it likely to be this? Do I need a new PCB
thanks
Keith
