Hi everyone
Compete novice here and have run into an issue where tool station could not advice me either.
I’ve moved into a property that has a separate toilet and bathroom on opposites ends but due to my disability having no sink in the toilet causes some issues.
The toilet is tiny so there is no room for a sink to be installed whatso ever, but fortunately the previous occupants installed a bidet which helps sort the issues out i face.
Unfortunately, the self cutting tap that is connected to the water supply has failed so I ordered a new one from took station, unfortunately once installed I’ve realised that it is too big to connect with the hose pipe of the bidet.
The old self cutting tap has a standard sized connection end that fits the hose pipe perfectly, but the replacement one is too big and I cannot seem to find a smaller tap.
I’ve spoken to tool station for some advice whom suggested taking their catalog home and figuring it out my self.
Any adapters or parts that I can connect to reduce the size would be ideal as the water supply in the toilet cannot be switched off due to a broken valve.
Any help and advice would be highly appreciated.
