Dual Fuel Radiator Element recommendations

Hi Folks,
I am looking for recommendations on the what dual fuel towel radiator element to fit to an existing towel rail.
I recently had a Terma MOA heating element installed and it worked perfectly for a day and then failed with a hissing spitting noise before tripping the MCB.
Terma replaced the element without returning the original as I needed to have the new element available when the plumber returns to remove the old one and fit the new one.
When the plumber returns to do this, I was planning on getting another towel radiator fitted with another dual fuel element.
However, given my experience and reading similar negative reviews concerning Terma products, I wanted to get some advice on what brand to choose.
I am not worried about price as each time it needs to be replaced, it cost me to get a plumber, so I would rather get the most reliable brand.
I am looking for a thermostatic one or time controlled (or both if poss)
Advice greatly appreciated
Many thanks, Dave.
