Dishwasher Installation and moving large white pipe

Hello all,
I've recently moved into a flat which has no dishwasher installed - the good news is that there is power behind the 60cm base cabinet where a dishwasher could in theory go (this cabinet is to the LHS of the sink cabinet as well) but there is a large white pipe directly behind this area which means I don't have 55cm depth to fit an fully integrated dishwasher.
Is there anything that can be done to this pipe to enable a flush install otherwise the dishwasher will sit proud of the kitchen cabinetry by around 4-5cm which would just be awful/impracticle.
