Radiator turns itself off

Hi, I'm new to this forum and wondered if anyone can help?
We have had a kitchen renovation whereby a wall has been removed along with it's radiator and 2 new radiators installed. We now know these where piped up wrong (2 rads tapped off microbore pipe) this has been corrected by sending new piping into 1 radiator, However this radiator now shuts itself down after 1 hour (has a TRV attached). The plumber has bled, changed the TRV and balanced all radiators in the house.
Can anyone help with other suggestions?
