low water pressure and radiator not working

Can anyone help me please? In my bathroom I have only a trickle of water coming out of my cold water tap in my washbasin and my bath cold water tap. The hot water pressure in fine in washbasin and bath, and my shower is ok too (on mains - not electric). My toilet also fills ok after flushing. I took apart the cold tap in the washbasin as I thought it may have been a washer but it was fine. Then a few days later the bath tap also turned to a trickle. Then I noticed no heat from a bedroom radiator upstairs, I thought the pin was stuck in the TRV maybe as the pipe up to the TRV was hot, but before I got chance to try and fix it, it heated up again. Today its gone stone cold again with the pipe before the TRV stone cold as well. All other radiators in house are fine, and have been bled. I just don't know what the problem could be, could I have a blockage or could my pipes be leaking somewhere, and if this is a leak, would the pressure not have dropped in my boiler, and would I not have signs of leak coming through somewhere. I have a combi boiler, I do not have a water tank. The water pressure from my cold tap in the kitchen is also ok. I have a little understanding of how things work, but I'm out of my depth here, any suggestions would be really appreciated.
